And the award goes to...

It’s been a long while between updates here at Variegated Productions but rest assured we have been exceedingly busy in the year and a bit since our last big post. Since then we’ve performed a smash hit season of ‘The Man and the Moon’ at the Subiaco Theatre Festival, recorded a full length album of the show (which you can get here), and then brought home 2018 with a sellout season of a new improvised theatrical work called “Frankie’s” at The Blue Room Theatre. “Frankie’s” was lucky enough to be nominated and take home a bunch of awards at the 2018 Blue Room Awards (Best Marketing and Publicity, Best Host, Best Production Team and Members Choice), and then subsequently was nominated for five and took home two awards from the Performing Arts WA Awards earlier this year (Best Independent Production, Best Actor in an Independent Production - St John Cowcher).

We’re bloody grateful and honoured to work with all the amazing people who helped us achieve such heights over the last little while. But we’re not ones to rest on our laurels, so watch this space. New work on the horizon.
